Support Security Canada Alberta’s food drive for the Calgary Food Bank
Non-perishable food items and donations will help Calgarians in crisis

Security Canada Alberta Tri-Lateral Conference is a proud supporter of the Calgary Food Bank, an organization dedicated to gathering and distributing quality emergency food for Calgarians in need. More than 124,713 Calgarians went to the Calgary Food Bank last year. Forty-one per cent of the food bank’s clients are children. This year, the demand for emergency food hampers is up 15 per cent.

Together we CAN make a difference
Throughout the Security Canada Alberta Tri-Lateral Conference and Exhibition, non-perishable food items and cash donations will be collected at the door. Even a little help will go a long way. For every $1 that is generously donated, the Calgary Food Bank can distribute $4 of food.

Most-needed food donations

The average cost of an emergency food hamper (one week’s food) for a family of four is $120. These hampers provide 7-10 days of food to help those experiencing a crisis.
